Who runs this site
This website is run by Texas Ranch & Home: James Peterson ALC (TREC license 0617722) and Barbara Peterson (TREC license 0617723), real estate brokers with United Country Real Estate / UC Ranch Properties in Floresville, Texas. Each office is independently owned and operated.
Texas requires every broker to provide two notices. You'll find them at the bottom of every page: Information About Brokerage Services and the Consumer Protection Notice.
What this site is and isn't
This site describes our services and the rural real estate market we work in. It's general information, written to help you ask better questions.
It isn't legal, tax, lending, survey or investment advice. For those, talk to an attorney, an accountant, a lender or a surveyor about your situation.
Reading this site or sending us a message doesn't make us your agent. We represent you once we've both signed a written agreement.
Listing and market information
Property information on this site comes from sellers, public records and other sources we believe are reliable, but it isn't guaranteed. Details can change, and a property can go under contract or sell before the site catches up. Verify anything that matters to your decision.
Anything we say about the market reflects the date it was written. The market moves, and older articles may no longer describe it.
Using this site
The words, photos and videos on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy, republish or scrape them without our permission.
Some listing photography may belong to the photographer or to another brokerage, and is shown with permission for marketing that property only.
