I'm James Peterson ALC, the farm and ranch land specialist at Texas Ranch & Home. I lead our farm, ranch and acreage sales under the UC Ranch Properties name.
I'm an Accredited Land Consultant, I'm certified to conduct broker price opinions, and I'm a licensed drone pilot. The aerial video on a property we list is flown by the person who priced it.
Barbara and I have sold rural homes and land together for 30 years, and we own 22 acres ourselves outside Floresville. Before we talk price, I want to drive the whole property with you.
