Privacy policy
What this website collects when you contact James Peterson ALC and Barbara Peterson, who receives it, how it's used, and how to have it deleted.
What this site collects
This website is run by Texas Ranch & Home. When you fill out a form on it, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, any message you write, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number and tick the box agreeing to text messages, we also record that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Beyond the forms, the site keeps the standard technical logs any website keeps, such as the time of a visit and the page requested. We don't run advertising or analytics tracking tags on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Who receives it
What you send through a form goes to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, where we keep our contacts and follow up with you. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are service providers that handle this information for us, and not for their own purposes.
The map on our pages is an embedded Google Map. When a page with the map loads, your browser contacts Google to display it, under Google's own privacy policy.
We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
United Country Real Estate
We own and operate a United Country Real Estate franchise. Each office is independently owned and operated. United Country's own Privacy Statement also applies, and describes how United Country itself handles information.
This page describes what this website collects and what we do with it. For questions about either, contact us using the details below.
How it's used
We use your information to answer what you asked about and to follow up with you about buying or selling property.
We also send marketing text messages, such as new listings, market updates and newsletters, to people who have agreed to receive texts. You can stop them at any time, as explained below.
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it.
Calls and text messages
We only text a phone number when the person who gave it agreed to receive text messages from us on the form. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text varies.
To stop our texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or email either of us and ask to be taken off the list.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to either of us using the contact details below, and we'll take care of it.
Deleting your information from our system also stops any texts from us.
